The Washington Media Scholars Foundation is incorporated in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a nonprofit corporation and operates this website from its offices within the Commonwealth of Virginia. WMSF is registered with the Virginia Attorney General Officer to raise funds as a charitable and educational organization recognized by the Internal Revenue Service as tax-exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. By voluntarily using this site, you the user agree that all solicitation and donation activity associated with WMSF takes place within, and is governed by the laws of, the Commonwealth of Virginia.

In addition, the contents of this website are governed by the laws of the State of Virginia, and any claims arising directly or indirectly out of any materials contained on this site are subject to the laws of the State of Virginia.

Severability and Integration
