We’re excited to introduce the finalists for the 2025 Media Case Competition!
This year’s competition brought together an incredible group of students from across the country, each showcasing bold ideas, creative thinking, and strategic insight. With a record number of exceptional submissions, our panel of judges faced the difficult task of narrowing down the field. The finalist teams stood out for their innovative approaches and thoughtful execution, reflecting the diverse perspectives and emerging talent shaping the future of media.

Freeman’s Favorites: Avery Vogelzang and Makenzie Taylor, Brigham Young University
Team Beach: Safi Mahmood and Davis Abog, California State University, Long Beach
Redefined Media: Trinity Polk and Kiana Bernard, Hampton University
Parliament Media: Dylan O’Neill and Marie Suttman, Temple University

These standout teams will now advance to the final round, which includes an all-expenses-paid trip to Washington, DC. There, they’ll compete for $18,500 in scholarships and take part in exclusive networking experiences designed to launch their careers.
